Liqueur Cornus mas tree

Ingredients
1 kilo of mature cornus mas
1 kg of sugar
1 liter cognac or vodka
1 cinnamon stick
10 whole cloves

Method
Wash the Cornus mas well and put them in a large glass jar
Add all our ingredients above, mix them a little and close the lid.
Put it in the sun for 40 days and shake it every 2-3 days to dissolve the sugar.
When the 40 days are over we put our drink in glass bottles.
Our drink is ready to enjoy.

Orange peel Liqueur

Ingredients
1 liter of vodka or cognac
Peel from 10 oranges
2 cinnamon sticks
A little nutmeg
600 g of water
600 sugar

Method
Wash the oranges very well and only remove the orange peel without any white. Put in a bowl and add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. We squeeze them with our hands to remove the essential oils and place them in a jar. Add the vodka, cinnamon and nutmeg, seal the jar and leave it for 10 days.
Make the syrup using the sugar and water by boiling for 3-4 minutes.
Let it cool down and add it to the jar with all the ingredients.
Leave it sealed for 10 days.
Strain well and store it in sterile bottles.

Liqueur Apple

Ingredients
700 g of vodka
1/2 kg of aromatic apples
1 cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves of clover
4 cups of brown sugar

Method
Wash the apples well and put them in a jar, cut into slices and cleared of all pips. Add vodka, cinnamon, cloves. Seal the jar and forget it for a month in a shady place.
Once the month has passed, boil the sugar with 2 coffee cups of water in a saucepan, and when the sugar dissolves, let it cool down. Finally, strain the apple mixture with a thin tulle, add the sugar water, stir and put it in a glass bottle.

Liqueur Pear

Ingredients
6 pears
1/2 liter of vodka
500 g of sugar
500 g of water
Juice of half a lemon

Method
Cut the pears in slices, put them in a jar and add the vodka. Close the jar and leave it for 35 days in a shady place, and shake it every 4-5 days. After 35 days we strain it with a very thin tulle. Squeeze the pears inside the tulle to get all the fragrances. Finally, boil the water with sugar and lemon juice for 5 minutes to lightly thicken the syrup. Leave it to cool, add to the strained pear juice, stir it well to mix the ingredients and pour into a glass jar. It’s lovely served chilled.

Liqueur Melon

Ingredients
2 cups of chopped ripe melon
1 1/2 cups of vodka
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water

Method
Place the chopped melon and vodka in a jar.
Seal well and leave it at room temperature for 3 days.
After 3 days we remove the melon, draining it well and squeezing to remove all the liquid.
We then strain the mixture with a tulle.
Boil the water with sugar for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and let it cool down well.
After the syrup has cooled, mix it with the strained melon mixture and put it in well sealed bottles.
Mix our drink, let it rest for 2 days and your drink is ready.
