Tangerine Liqueur
Ingredients
15 mandarins
1 liter of cognac or vodka
750 g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
15 cloves
Method
Wash the mandarins well and cut them into pieces.
Put them in a jar and add the cloves, cinnamon, and vodka. We seal them well and leave them in a shady place for 35-40 days shaking it often.
When the 40 days have passed, strain it with a strainer or cheese cloth, squeeze the mandarins to get all the liquids.
Put the strained drink back in the jar and add the sugar and leave it for 1 week.
We shake it 2-3 times a day to allow all the sugar to dissolve.
Finally put it in bottles and our drink is ready.
Red Orange Liqueur
Ingredients
5 red oranges
700 g of vodka
500 g of water
500 g of sugar
10 cloves
1-2 cinnamon sticks
1 nutmeg
Method
Wash the oranges well and slice into quarters.
Put them in a glass jar and add the vodka and the spices.
Close it well and leave it for 30 days in a shady place.
Shake it every 2-3 days.
After 30 days, we strain it inside cheese cloth, and squeeze well to get all the juice.
Boil the sugar with the water for 4-5 minutes and let it cool down well
When it is cool, stir it into the strained mixture, put it in a glass jar and shake it to stir.
We let the sealed jar sit for 3-4 days, shaking often.
Finally put it in a glass bottle and it is ready.
Orange Liqueur
Ingredients
5 oranges
700 g of vodka
500 g of sugar
500 g of water
1-2 cinnamon sticks
1 nutmeg
Method
Wash the oranges well and slice into quarters.
Put them in a glass jar and add the vodka and the spices.
Close it well and leave it for 30 days in a shady place.
Shake it every 2-3 days.
After 30 days, we strain it with a tulle and squeeze the oranges inside the tulle because we want their juice.
Boil the sugar with water for 4-5 minutes and let it cool down well
When it is cooled, stir it into the strained mixture, put it in a glass jar and shake it to stir.
Finally pour it in a glass bottle and it is ready.
Bergamot Liquor
Ingredients
10 bergamot
1 liter of vodka
500 g of sugar
500 g of water
Method
Wash the bergamot thoroughly
We clean the peels from the bergamot leaving no white on the peels.
Put the peels in a jar
Add vodka and leave it sealed for 1 week.
After 1 week, boil the sugar with water for 5 minutes and let it cool down well.
Remove the peels from the vodka
Add the syrup to the vodka and mix it
Strain it with a tulle and put it in glass bottles.
The drink is served cool.
Strawberry Liqueur
Ingredients
500 grams of strawberries
250 g of sugar
250 g of cognac
1 lemon peel
Method
Wash and clean the strawberries well
Then put them in a jar with sugar.
Pour cognac and lemon peel and close the jar well.
Leave the jar for 2 days in the refrigerator
Stir frequently until the sugar dissolves.
Finally remove the strawberries and strain it with a very thin tulle.
Put the liqueur in a bottle and keep it in a cool place.
